We are proud to partner with Keller Brothers on the construction of a new library for the town of Pocomoke, Maryland. Designed to serve as a modern and welcoming community space, the new branch library will feature a flexible, open-space layout with abundant natural lighting, large community meeting room, spacious children’s area, dedicated teen section, adult library, restrooms, offices, two study rooms, local history room and high-efficiency lighting. Exterior plans include an outdoor space designed for children’s programs. The project also involves the demolition of the existing 53-year-old library, which has significant structural and mechanical deficiencies.
Our scope of work includes installing site utility raceways, site lighting, generator docking station, building electrical systems, lighting control system, fire alarm systems, security systems, access control, telecommunication systems, and audio-visual systems. We are committed to delivering high-quality electrical and technology solutions to support this important community resource.
