We are proud to partner with Keller Brothers on the renovation and expansion of the library in St. Michaels, Maryland. Originally built in 1981, the library is undergoing a transformation with a new 3,700-square-foot addition to enhance its services and accessibility for the community.
Our scope of work includes installing new service equipment, complete building wiring, lighting control system, lightning protection system, fire alarm system and site lighting. Additionally, we are providing vehicle charging stations and pathways for telecommunications, audio-visual systems, access control, and security systems to ensure the library is equipped with modern technology and infrastructure.
