Project Details: 4-story Hotel with 62 guestrooms and connection corridors to Phase II Gaming and existing hotel buildings.
Includes Grand Atrium, Porte Cochere, fountain, 2 Kitchens, 2 bars, 2 banquet spaces, and a dining room. The 4-story hotel is projected to be completed at the end of February 2025 and is just one of our successful projects for the RNR folks. It’s surrounded by the phase 2 gaming building that we completed in June of 2023, outdoor bandshell power refeed completed in August of 2023 and outdoor bar under a motorized pergola completed in May of 2024.
