River Edge Apartments, an apartment complex on Fitzwater Street, past Brew River, is once again a reality. Osprey Property Company has proposed to raze the abandoned project and develop a three building complex consisting of ninety apartments. Geared towards local artist, the proposed apartment complex will have a variety of amenities specifically for artists.
