Hotel Indigo

The Hotel IndigoNow open to the public, B&D has been proud to work Clark Construction and building owner Carr Hospitality on this first, important piece of Old Town Alexandria’s waterfront revitalization. Construction was initially delayed due to the discovery an 18th century ship hull. The Washington Business Journal refers to the interior design as “nautical chic,” a style the publication says Old Town practically invented. The hotel features 120 rooms with 50 overlooking the Potomac River. The WBJ also says, “The Indigo is a hipper, more low-key brand from the Intercontinental Hotels Group.”
