We are proud to partner with Builders USA Inc. on the construction of a new hotel in Fruitland, Maryland. This modern hotel will feature 81 guest rooms, indoor and outdoor lounge, indoor swimming pool and fitness center, providing guests with a comfortable and upscale experience.
Our scope of work includes the installation of incoming site utilities, site lighting, 2000-amp electrical service, complete building wiring, energy-efficient lighting, lighting controls, and electrical support for the elevator and pool equipment. Additionally, we are installing a fire alarm system to ensure guest safety and regulatory compliance.
