Skyler Todd has been selected as our Employee of the Month. He was recommended highly by Kevin Belch. He has really stepped up his game lately. Taking a greater interest in the project as a whole and not just waiting for the next wirenut to twist. He’s been a great asset handling materials and tasks when our team gets spread a little thin.
He is able to take instructions and complete tasks in a timely fashion and is helping teach the other guys what to do while working on his specific job as well. It’s refreshing to have an employee coming in ready each day and eager for the next task. He is showing a greater interest in learning the “why” of what we are doing as well.
