Employee of the Month – Tony Baker

Tony Baker is a notable leader at the Waldorf Station project who deserves recognition for the efforts he puts forth every day. He was originally tasked with wiring the common areas of one of the large buildings but as the job progressed, he was insistent on doing more to help the project. He currently is leading a crew tasked with the wiring the clubhouse, the common areas of the 5 carriage houses to include 40 garages, setting forms and pouring concrete for the 11 transformer pads, and pulling wire and setting light poles for all the site lighting. He has proven time and again to be someone you can depend on to complete a task no matter how complicated or challenging it may be. He has also helped to foster a good working relationship with the general contractor which has helped the job run smooth. His vast knowledge and his willingness to help and teach his fellow coworkers has made him an extremely valuable person on this team.
