Simon Alverado has been recognized as January’s employee of the month for his outstanding performance and dedication to the team. Simon has significantly stepped up by taking on additional responsibilities and overseeing all 302 units at the Waldorf Station project. Simon’s ability to manage multiple tasks while ensuring project schedules are met has been invaluable. Simon consistently demonstrates attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, all of which have contributed to the timely progress of the project. Simon’s positive attitude and commitment to excellence have not only made an impact on the project’s success but also on building a new relationship with an electrical subcontractor we are using to perform the work inside of the units.
