Melchor joined our team in November 2021, beginning his second year of apprenticeship with no prior hands-on electrical experience. From the start, he demonstrated an eagerness to learn and a commitment to mastering the trade. His dedication and drive have been evident in his continuous growth, and after just 3 ½ years with us, his abilities as a Journeyman reflect his hard work and determination. Melchor consistently exhibits exceptional performance, initiative, reliability, and attention to detail in his work. His strong work ethic and professionalism make him a valued team member. Recently, he received his Maryland Journeyman license and has already applied to obtain his Delaware license. Given his dedication, skill, and commitment to excellence, I believe Melchor is truly deserving of this recognition.
