It is with great appreciation that on behalf of all of us at B&D we nominate Aaron Mullis for Employee of the Month. While this recognition is often directed toward our field personnel, we believe Aaron’s dedication and work ethic in support of our field operations deserve equal acknowledgment.
Aaron consistently demonstrates an exceptional commitment to his role and to B&D as a whole. He approaches every task with a positive attitude and a solution-oriented mindset — often heard saying, “Not a problem, I’ll take care of it.” His reliability and determination are evident not only during regular work hours but also in the early mornings and after-hours, where he is frequently seen staying late to ensure the job gets done right.
What stands out about Aaron is his quiet drive to excel. He has shared that his extra hours are spent familiarizing himself with the systems and other processes to increase his efficiency and accuracy. More recently, he’s used this time to carefully review all outgoing orders for the following day, taking advantage of the quieter, distraction-free environment to ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
Aaron’s work, attitude, and commitment directly impact the success of our teams and the overall company. For these reasons, all of us at B&D believe he is more than deserving of this recognition.
