We are proud to recognize Mike Phaneuf as Employee of the Month for October 2025. Mike was hired as a helper in the Service Department back in October of 2019. Mike worked alongside several Service Department Technicians over the years and has always strived to learn all aspects of the Service Department. Mike moved up from helper to Service Technician and has been on a Service Truck of his own since August 2024. He recently attended the Generac Generator school in Pennsylvania and is Generac Certified.
Mike always has a great attitude and always shows a willingness to get the work assigned to him completed in a timely manner. He has quickly become a customer favorite having many repeat customers ask for him specifically. Mike is a great asset to the Service Department and is a pleasure to work with.
We sincerely appreciate all the hard work and dedication.
