We are proud to partner with Hamel Builders on this renovation project in Georgetown, DE. The scope includes the complete modernization of three existing 8-unit apartment buildings, along with a new community center and manager’s office to enhance functionality and accessibility.
Our work involves installing new electrical service for each building, complete rewiring to meet updated codes, and a backup generator for the community center to ensure uninterrupted power. We are also installing a code-compliant fire alarm system for resident safety and upgraded site lighting for improved visibility and security.
