We are proud to partner with The Whayland Company LLC on the development of a new centralized support services facility for CHEER. This new hub will bring together all administrative and in-home services management staff into one modern, efficient location.
By consolidating operations from multiple sites, CHEER will eliminate the need for leased office space and free up valuable room at the existing Community Center—allowing for the expansion of additional programs and activities for local seniors. The new facility will also improve access to staff and enhance training and recruiting efforts to better serve our growing senior population county-wide.
As part of this project, our team is providing the complete electrical infrastructure for the facility, including:
- Installation of incoming site utilities
- Site lighting
- 200-amp electrical service
- Fire alarm system installation
This investment strengthens CHEER’s ability to serve an expanding and aging community for decades to come, and we are honored to play a role in powering a project that directly supports seniors and their families.
